最近少しの間だけ食事を変えました。
朝、昼は茶碗半分ほどの玄米、キノコ、納豆、豆腐など、
夜は茶碗一杯の玄米と、（夜はいくら食べてもよいとの事）
野菜きのこ鍋、納豆、など
あとは動物性たんぱく質のものは摂らない。
魚、肉、牛乳、チーズ、ヨーグルトなどですね。小麦も、だったかな。
そんな生活を20日～１か月半くらいでしょうか？
体重計にのってびっくり！8キロくらい痩せましたから。
ええ！結構食べてるのに！って感じです
（お酒が好きなので白湯しか飲めないのは辛かった～）
顔も小さくなって周りが、お！何かシュッとなったなあ！って言われます。
パンツのアウトゴムも中折れしていたのがしなくなり、パンツの上に乗っかっていたドーナツも無くなりました。
写真のモデルまでとは言わなくても、いつまでも若くシュッとしていたいのは男も女も同じです。
が、元の食事に戻したら、あっと言う間に元通りです。
